About Eric

Eric’s journey from a call center role to a prominent figure in the mortgage industry is a testament to his dedication and expertise. Starting as a mortgage loan originator in the call center, he honed his skills to become a top-producer, eventually transitioning to the independent channel as a mortgage broker. Eric’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to build a powerhouse team that funded an impressive 3000 loans in 2020 through innovative direct mail strategies and an adept in-house processing team as well as $140,000,000 in personal production . Seeking new heights, Eric co-founded West Capital Lending, propelling the company to become Rocket Mortgage's top partner every month since it’s inception with the goal to become the #1 mortgage brokerage in the US. Personally, he's a family focused enthusiast who enjoys hiking and bike rides with his wife and three daughters, spending summer weekends on lake arrowhead and shredding snowy slopes during winter.

Our goal is to provide home loans to our clients while providing them with the lowest interest rates and closing costs possible.
